Everyone's favorite gooey, chocolatey campfire treat, now in bite-sized bars!

Ingredients

Crust

2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup Butter, melted

Filling

3/4 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
2 cups Bittersweet chocolate chips
2 pc Eggs
3/4 cup Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
1/4 tsp Kosher salt

Topping

18-24 pc Large marshmallows, cut in half cross-wise

Procedure

preheat the oven to 350f. to make crust, line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper.
combine 2 cups of graham crumbs with ¾ cup melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
bake for 10-12 minutes or until fragrant. set aside. in a medium heatproof bowl, place 2 cups of bittersweet chocolate chips.
fill a small saucepan 2/3 full with water and bring to a boil. lower the heat to the lowest setting and place the bowl of chocolate on top of the saucepan to melt it.
stir occasionally, until almost all the chips have melted. remove from heat and stir in 2 eggs, ¾ cup of alaska créma all-purpose cream, ¼ tsp salt, and ¾ alaska classic evaporated filled milk.
Pour mixture into the crust and return the pan to the oven, baking for an additional 20 or so minutes.
bake with filling for an additional 18-25 minutes or until the center jiggles slightly when the pan is shaken.
remove the pan from the oven and top with 18-24 large marshmallows, cut in half crosswise. bake for 6-8 minutes more or until the marshmallow tops have slightly browned.
remove from the oven and let cool completely.
