About this recipe

a fudgy sweet treat laced with the taste of creamy green tea!

Prepare the following

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups Brownie crumbles (the drier they are, the more condensed milk you will need)
4 tbsp Pure matcha powder
2/3 cup Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 377g (290ml) Buy now

Garnish

2-3 tbsp Matcha powder (to taste)
2-3 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a large bowl, toss the 4 tbsp of matcha powder with 3 ½ cups of brownie crumbles until uniformly distributed.
Add 2/3 cup of Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk into the mixture.
using a fork or a spatula, mix and mash the mixture until it starts to clump together.
take pieces from the mixture and form small balls with your hands. if you have a mini-scooper (for ice cream), use it to portion balls equally.
chill the fudge balls for about 2-3 hours until they are firm.
combine 2-3 tbsp of matcha powder and 3-4 tbsp of powdered sugar in one bowl.
Once the balls are firm, roll them in the powder mixture and place in a dry, clean container.
(optional) drizzle them with alaska classic sweetened condensed creamer choco.
