About this recipe

donut holes = love. crispy on the outside, light and chewy on the inside!

Prepare the following

Spatula
Bowl
Pot
Tray

Ingredients

Donut

1/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1 pc Medium egg, room temperature
1 tsp Butter, melted
2 tsp Instant coffee dissolved in 1/2 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk Buy now
2 cups Flour (or a little more, depending on stickiness of dough)
2 cups Vegetable oil

Chocolate Dip

80 gram Alaska Condensed Creamer Choco Snack Pack
1/2 cup Dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Procedure

in a large bowl mix, the sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, egg, and butter.
dissolve instant coffee in alaska classic evaporated filled milk and add into mixture.
Add flour and mix until dough forms. Dough should be soft and sticky but firm enough to handle. If dough is too sticky, add up to ¼ cup more of flour.
cover dough with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
Bring out dough and roll out until it is ½ inch thick.
Slice into 1 inch squares.
dust your hands with flour and shape the squares into balls.
Heat up the oil in a non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
fry the donut balls in oil, flipping them over as they brown.
Lift donuts after 3-4 minutes.
To make chocolate dip, boil water in a large pot.
combine alaska condensed creamer choco snack packs, chopped dark chocolate, alaska classic evaporated filled milk in a small microwave-safe bowl.
place the bowl over the boiling water and stir until it is melted.
stir vanilla into the mixture and remove from heat. if dip is too thick, you can add more evaporated milk.
set aside to cool.
