craving for a dish with bagoong and cream? that’s no longer a dream! here’s our crispy binagoongan dish – crunchy liempo strips topped with the flavorful fusion of cream and bagoong! happy eating!

Ingredients

1 kg Liempo strips, cut into smaller strips
1 1/2 cups Cooking oil
3 tbsp Cooking oil
2 clove Garlic, chopped
1 pc Onion, chopped
3 pc Tomatoes, chopped
1 pc Beef broth cube
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1 pc Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
1/3 cup Spicy bagoong
Salt & pepper to taste

Marinade

1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tsp Pepper
1 Salt
3 tbsp Garlic, chopped

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

marinate liempo with vinegar, pepper, salt, garlic for at least 3 hours then deep fry until crispy.
to make sauce, sauté garlic and onions in oil until garlic is golden brown.
blend in bagoong and continue to sauté for a few minutes. add in coconut milk, alaska créma all-purpose cream and tomatoes. cook well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
season with salt & pepper. serve sauce with dip fried liempo strips.
