1/2 can Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 377g (290ml) Buy now
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Butter
2 pcs Apples, chopped in small cubes
6-8 pcs Tasty Bread
1 pc Egg
2 cups Cooking oil, for frying

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a metal pan, melt brown sugar under low heat. once sugar has melted and a golden brown color, add in 1/2 alaska classic sweetened condensed filled milk. mix well until the sauce is well combined. add in the apples and cook until fruit is soft and the sauce reduces. turn off the heat and add in the butter.
remove the sides of the bread and flatten using a rolling pin. place a scoop of the caramelized apples in the middle of the bread. seal by brushing egg on the edges, folding the bread in half and pressing the edges with a fork.
heat the oil and fry the pies until crispy and golden brown. remove from oil once cooked and place on paper towel sheets to cool.
