Ingredients

3 cans Alaska Evaporada 370mL
18 cups chilled water
18 cups ice cubes

Coffee Jelly

10 cups water
48 g gulaman powder
1/4 cup instant coffee powder
1/2 cup sugar

Coffee Syrup

4 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 cups white sugar
18 tbsp instant coffee powder

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

prepare the coffee jelly: combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. pour into square pans. cool then chill until set. cut into cubes.
prepare the coffee syrup: boil water, sugar, and coffee powder together for 2 minutes. cool.
to assemble: blend together ¼ cup coffee syrup, ¼ cup alaska evaporada, 1 cup chilled water, and 1 cup ice cubes in a large serving cup (25oz). top with ½ cup coffee jelly. repeat with remaining ingredients. serve.
