Ingredients

2 tsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, sliced
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup shimeji brown mushrooms
1/2 cup Japanese miso
1/2 cup water
1 pack Alaska Créma All-purpose Cream 135mL
-- salt and pepper to taste
1/2 kg spaghetti noodles, cooked
1/4 cup steak strips (ribeye strips or stroganoff cut)

Procedure

in a skillet, heat butter until brown but not burnt. sauté onion and garlic. add in the two mushrooms, japanese miso and water. shortly simmer, then pour in alaska créma all-purpose cream and mix to combine. season with salt and pepper as needed.
toss in the noodles. mix until all the strands are coated with the sauce. turn of the heat and transfer to a plate. top with steak bits and leek slices. serve hot.
