crispy buttered toast with sweet matcha milk

Ingredients

1 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
1-2 tsp Matcha powder
1/4 cup Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
2 tbsps Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 377g (290ml) Buy now
4 pc Extra-thick slices white bread or brioche
6-8 tbsp Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sugar

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a saucepan, bring alaska classic evaporated filled milk to a slight simmer.
turn off heat and add in matcha powder. stir completely to dissolve.
add in alaska créma all-purpose cream and alaska classic sweetened condensed filled milk.
Adjust sweetness if needed. Set aside sauce in the refrigerator.
butter 1 side of the each bread slice then sprinkle a good amount of white sugar. heat in an oven toaster until golden and sugar has melted, about 4 to 5 minutes.
to serve, ladle prepared matcha milk in a shallow bowl and top with the crispy caramelized toast.
