Ingredients

Fish Layer

1 kg Cream dory fish fillet
1 pc Lemon, medium size, juiced
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and pepper

Cornflakes Crust

1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 can Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
1 cup Kellogg's Corn flakes, crushed
Salt and pepper

Procedure

preheat oven to 400f.
in a shallow pan, marinate the fish in lemon, salt, pepper and paprika, for at least 1 hour. after marinating the fish, make sure to pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess liquid. place fish in a lightly greased pan or baking dish.
in a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, alaska créma all-purpose cream. season with salt and pepper. mix until thick paste is formed.
spread the mixture evenly over fish fillets then top with crushed kellogg's corn flakes. this will serve as the crust. bake for 10-15mins.
