Prepare the following

Ingredients

2 cups rice flour
1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360ml Buy now
1 can Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 377g (290mL) Buy now
1 cup white sugar, save some for dusting
3 pcs eggs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup water

Procedure

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
in a large bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, alaska classic evaporated milk, alaska classic condensed filled milk and eggs. whisk together until batter is well-blended and smooth.
grease a 9 x 9 baking dish with margarine or butter. pour the batter and tightly cover with foil. bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. take out from oven and remove foil. brush the top with margarine and sprinkle with sugar and cheese.
return to oven, this time without the foil, and bake for another 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and the top is golden. remove from heat and allow to cool completely before slicing.
