Ingredients

1/4 cup Cooking oil
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1 pc Garlic, minced
250 g Pork liver, sliced into cubes
500 g Pork belly, sliced into cubes
1 cup Water
1 pc Pork broth cube
1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
1 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
3 tbsp Fish sauce
1 cup Hotdog, sliced
1/4 cup Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 377g (290ml) Buy now
1 cup Potato, diced
1 cup Carrots, diced
1 cup Garbanzos
1 cup Bell pepper, cubed
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Cheese, cubed

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

heat oil in a pot then sauté onions and garlic.
Add pork liver then cook for 3 minutes.
add in pork belly then cook for 5-10 minutes or until browned on all sides.
add water and pork broth cube. let it simmer for 20 minutes.
add alaska classic evaporated filled milk, tomato sauce and fish sauce then simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add hotdogs and cook for 3 minutes.
pour in alaska classic sweetened condensed filled milk and alaska créma all-purpose cream then add carrots, potatoes, garbanzos and bell pepper. simmer for 10 minutes. season with salt and pepper
Pour into serving dish then top off with cheese cubes. Serve.
