Ingredients

Pancakes

1/2 cup Alaska Fortified Powdered Milk Drink 330g Buy now
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp White Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Water
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 pc Egg, large
2 tbsp Margarine, for frying

Toppings

1 pc Banana, sliced
1/2 cup Cashew Nuts
1/2 cup Chocolate Chip
2 tbsp Honey

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a bowl, dissolve alaska fortified powdered milk drink in water. once milk is dissolved, add in flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, and egg. mix thoroughly until you get a smooth batter. pour batter into a piping bag or a squeeze bottle.
heat up non-stick pan over low heat, add in butter just enough to coat the bottom of the pan. squeeze in the batter on the pan, creating half-inch diameter pancakes.
flip the pancakes once bubbles appear on the surface. cook for another minute or until golden brown in color. remove from pan and repeat until all the pancake batter is used up.
in a cereal bowl, combine mini pancakes, sliced bananas, cashew nuts, and chocolate chip. you may choose to serve it with a glass of alaska fortified powdered milk drink on the side or dunk and soak them on it. enjoy!
