Ingredients

500 g Spaghetti noodles
4 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Onion, chopped
3 tbsp Garlic, minced
1/2 kg Ground beef or pork
400 gram Filipino style tomato sauce
1 pc Beef broth cube
1/2 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
3/4 cup Water
2 cups Mushroom slices
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Dried basil (optional)
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions. drain and set aside.
in a pot, heat oil then sauté onions and garlic.
add ground meat. stir until meat is cooked and brown.
pour in tomato sauce, beef broth cube, alaska classic evaporated filled milk and water. stir and let it simmer for 20 minutes. add brown sugar and dried basil then season with salt and pepper.
mix in mushroom slices then simmer for another 5 minutes.
arrange pasta in a dish or platter then pour the meat sauce over it. sprinkle chopped parsley. serve.
