About this recipe

berry creamy, fruity, and foamy! our version of the korean crushed iced dessert topped with strawberry bits and fruit foam made with soy lecithin.

Ingredients

Milk Ice

2 cups water
1 can Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk
1/2 cup Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream Buy now
1/2 cup Alaska Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk

Fruit Topping

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sugar

Fruit Foam

1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tbsps sugar
1/2 cup Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream Buy now
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsps soy lecithin

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

Make the milk ice: Blend all ingredients together in a pitcher then transfer mixture to an ice cube tray or a freeze proof container. Freeze overnight.
prepare the fruit topping: cook frozen strawberries with sugar in a saucepan set over medium heat and cook until thickened, crushing strawberry pieces as you stir. make the fruit foam.
Blend first four ingredients together until processed into a smooth mixture and transfer to a deep glass bowl. Add in soy lecithin and process with an immersion blender until mixture begins to foam.
transfer frozen milk ice cubes to a bowl and scrape until crushed. immediately top with fruit topping and prepared fruit foam.
