About this recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsp Cooking oil
3 tbsp Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
500 grams Pork tenderloin strips
1 pc carrot, medium, diced
2 pc Potato, medium, diced
1 can Vienna sausage, sliced
1/2 cup Mushroom, sliced
1 pc Green bell pepper, cubed
1 cup Water
1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
1 pc Pork both cube
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Green peas

For the Slurry

1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Flour

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

heat oil in a pan then sauté onion, garlic and pork strips. add the carrots, then the potatoes.
When the carrots and potatoes are almost cooked, add in the mushrooms and Vienna sausage.
Pour in water and Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk.
add the pork broth cube and season with salt and pepper.
let it simmer for 10 minutes.
add the bell pepper and green pepper, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the flour and remaining water to make a slurry.
add the slurry to the pan with constant stirring until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat then serve.
