About this recipe

ever heard of a heavenly mango dessert with ganache? you’ll love it so much! here’s alaska créma mangganache float – layers of mangoes, buttermilky cream, choco ganache, and grahams!

Ingredients

1 pc Ripe mango
3/4 cup Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream, chilled Buy now
1/4 cup Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 300mL Buy now
1 1/2 cups Crushed graham crackers

Ganache

1/4 cup Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream Buy now
3/4 cup Dark chocolate, chopped

Procedure

Prepare the ganache

Place chocolate in a bowl and set aside.
In a small sauce pan, heat Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream until simmering. Swirl pan once in a while to avoid burning the cream.
Pour heated Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream over the chopped chocolate. Let sit for at least 3 to 5 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Set Aside.

Assemble

Slice mangoes and set aside.
In a large bowl, whip chilled Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream until doubled in volume. Fold in Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk and set aside.
In desired container, place a layer of crushed graham crackers.
Place half of the Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream mixture over the crushed grahams.
Put dollops of chocolate ganache into the Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream layer. Run a small knife or barbecue stick through the cream and ganache to create a marble pattern.
Arrange mango slices on top. Repeat layers with the rest of the ingredients ending with the mango layer.
Chill and serve.
