Ingredients

Filipino Spaghetti

1 kg spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
¼ cup oil
500 grams hotdog, sliced
¼ cup minced garlic
2 pcs red onions, chopped
¾ kg ground pork
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pc pork cube
1 kg tomato sauce
200 grams cheese, grated
1 can Alaska Condensada 300mL
salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Cheese Sauce

3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups water or chicken stock
1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL Buy now
2 cups grated cheese (quick melting)
1 tsp salt

Procedure

Filipino Spaghetti Procedure

In a big pot, saute hotdog until cooked and remove from pan.
Using the same pot and oil, saute garlic and onions fragrant.
Add in pork and saute until lightly browned.
Add in water, soy sauce and pork cube.
Bring to a boil and simmer until pork is tender.
Blend in tomato sauce and half of hotdog.
Bring to a boil.
Pour in Alaska Condensada and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off fire and toss in cooked noodles.
Transfer in a baking dish.

Creamy Cheese Sauce Procedure

In a sauce pan, melt butter and whisk in flour.
Cook over medium heat while whisking for at least 2 minutes.
Remove from fire and whisk in water little by little until well blended, making sure there are no lumps. Add in Alaska Créma and cheese and cook over medium heat while stirring continuously until thick.
Add in salt.
Pour over prepared spaghetti and top with remaining hotdog slices (Amber-style).
Serve as is or oven-bake until lightly browned.
