Ingredients

3 tbsp Cooking oil
1 pc Red onion, sliced for sauteing
5 cloves Garlic
3 tsp Patis
3/4 kg Chicken pieces
250 grams Tomato sauce
2 cups Water
1 pc Carrots, cubed
1 pc Potato, cubed
1 pc Green bell pepper, cored and sliced in cubes
2 cans Alaska Classic Evap Milk 154ml
1 can Green peas
to taste Salt and pepper

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a frying pan, lightly fry the carrots, potatoes, green peas and bell pepper. seasoned with salt and pepper. after 5-10mins of frying, remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.
in a sauce pan, sauté the onions and minced garlic. add the chicken and sauté in fish sauce. cook until chicken releases its juice. add water and allow chicken to simmer.
add in the tomato sauce. let it simmer for 10 minutes and cook until sauce is slightly reduced. add in the vegetables and cook for another 5-10 minutes or according to desired tenderness.
Lower the heat then add in the Alaska Classic Evap Milk. Mix well. Turn off the heat. Serve.
