Ingredients

1/4 cup Unsalted butter
2 tbsp All purpose flour
2 tsp Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Onions, chopped
1 1/4 cup Shrimps, peeled,, cut in half
1 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 360mL Buy now
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
3 pc Hotdog buns
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

in a pan, heat 2 tablespoons butter and add in flour. mix until combined. set aside.
in the same pan, heat remaining 2 tablespoons butter and sauté garlic and onions until softened and translucent for about 3 minutes.
add in peeled shrimps and cook until reddish. add in alaska classic evaporated filled milk and bring to a slight simmer. add in flour mixture (roux) and stir to dissolve in the sauce and allow it to thicken slightly. add in grated cheese. season with salt and pepper to taste.
slice hotdog buns in half and heat in a pan or toaster until warm and slightly golden. scoop shrimp mixture into the buns then top with shredded iceberg lettuce.
