Ingredients

1 pack spicy chicken-flavored instant noodles
1 tsp cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 pc medium-sized red onion, sliced for sauteing
2 tsp corn kernels
2 g chili flakes or chili powder
1 1/2 cups water
10 g onion leeks
1 can Alaska Evaporada 370mL
salt and pepper to taste
1 pc cheese slice

Procedure

Tick the circle to once you're done with the procedure.

sauté garlic and onion in hot oil. add in corn kernels and chili powder.
add water. once boiling, add in the ramen flavor packet and noodles. boil until cooked. lower heat and season with salt and pepper. turn off the heat and add in the alaska evaporada.
Assemble the ramen in this order: ramen noodles and soup. Top ramen with the cheese slice and the leeks. Add another dash of chili powder. Serve hot.
