Curry or kaṟi (in Tamil) means sauce or relish for rice. It is a dish made with either fish, meat, poultry, vegetable or shellfish mixed in with different spices, sautéed crushed onion, tomato purée and cream or yogurt. There are many varieties of curry and here are some our own creamy creations.
